Job Summary
A customer experience company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Telephone Representative in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls
- Perform outbound follow-up calls
- Search for answers to client's questions
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have a customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must have a desire to develop a solid understanding of product information
