A customer experience company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Telephone Representative in Minneapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls
• Perform outbound follow-up calls
• Search for answers to client's questions

Position Requirements Include:

• Must have a customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
