A provisioner of scientific instrumentation, reagents and consumables, and software and services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting customer service training as well as training in other various areas
  • Taking material from Subject Matter Experts and develop effective training
  • Exhibiting the components of service excellence

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 5-7%
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ year’s customer service experience or customer service training environment
  • Training, mentoring or coaching experience
