Job Summary
A provisioner of scientific instrumentation, reagents and consumables, and software and services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting customer service training as well as training in other various areas
- Taking material from Subject Matter Experts and develop effective training
- Exhibiting the components of service excellence
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 5-7%
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ year’s customer service experience or customer service training environment
- Training, mentoring or coaching experience
