Job Summary

A communications company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Training Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Help develop and implement operations and policies
  • Partner with Customer Experience leadership team to align business and training priorities
  • Directly support training requirements across all Print and Service Solutions including Document Management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to solicit, monitor, and manage feedback for additional training opportunities
  • Ability to lead new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Ability to meet and exceed Key Performance indicators
