Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Transformation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing a comprehensive and compelling message to Customer Service executives across all industries
- Presenting CSM solution and value proposition directly to prospects, customers and at industry events and Customer Service seminars
- Becoming a trusted advisor to our community of CSM customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40%) - regional travel
- 10+ years Customer Service delivery leadership experience
- Proven track record of transforming Customer Service operations and meeting key productivity and/or ROI targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and interviewing skills
- Successfully led Customer Service digital transformations
- Executive presence and influencing skills
