Job Summary
A veterinary services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Veterinary Technician in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Answer the phones for all Vet Clinics
- Direct and forward calls to Vets as necessary
- Triage patients over the phone and determine if clinic visit is necessary
