Job Summary
A leader in analytic process automation is in need of a Remote Customer Services Business Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building, identifying, and managing key measures that will deliver business performance
- Developing and implementing a resource management and capacity planning framework
- Crystallizing and translating key business and financial drivers
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years working in business operations or related experience.
- Solid understanding of profitability levers with experience managing a P&L business including modeling and forecasting
- Solid understanding of identification and build of key business metrics, resource management, and capacity planning
- Must have experience managing and leading cross-functional projects or programs of high complexity
- Must have experience partnering, influencing, and/or gaining acceptance with senior management
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization with analytics tools
