Job Summary

A consulting company is seeking a Remote Customer Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering customer product, service and account related questions
  • Researching and assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
  • Tailoring solutions for customers to enhance their product/service enjoyment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person
  • Ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology
  • High School diploma or general education degree
  • High speed cable internet 10 mbps download and 3 upload
