Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Software Development Success Engineer Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Tracking and being accountable for overall team productivity
  • Owning your team's metrics and performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded and report upwards as appropriate
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7-9+ years of software development experience with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects
  • At least 1+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience leading a fast-paced team of CSMs, CSEs, tech support individuals, or similar
  • Salesforce technical experience
  • Track record in customer success and a KPI/NPS-driven environment
