Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Software Development Success Engineer Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking and being accountable for overall team productivity
- Owning your team's metrics and performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded and report upwards as appropriate
- Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7-9+ years of software development experience with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects
- At least 1+ years of people management experience
- Experience in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience leading a fast-paced team of CSMs, CSEs, tech support individuals, or similar
- Salesforce technical experience
- Track record in customer success and a KPI/NPS-driven environment
