Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Software Solutions Associate.
Must be able to:
- Perform Flash Assessments on clients’ and prospective clients’ data
- Articulate the need for clients to produce and track product data
- Manage existing customers, support product integrations and product questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- In depth knowledge of the Supply Chain and product data
- Experience with Excel and/or Tableau or other Data Tools
- Comfortable with data entry roles
- Experience collaborating across teams to solve cross-functional issues
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
