Job Summary

A technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Software Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting Brokers, and Company Administrators with a broad range of topics across the platform
  • Educating users on best practices, troubleshooting steps, and ways to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Documenting information about the case, resolution or feedback in order to help inform the strategic direction of the company

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years in a customer-facing role
  • 1 year SAAS support experienc
  • 1 year call center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, including exceptional phone and written skills
