Job Summary

A developer of a consumer auto financing platform has an open position for a Remote Customer Solution Architect Engineering Lead .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading & providing guidance for technical post-sales implementation & go-live activities both tactically & strategically
  • Delivering multiple moderate to complex solutions a& successfully driving the engagement team towards an optimal solution
  • Gathering and analyzing Customer business use cases with the Sales Engineering

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a post-sales customer solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or similar role
  • 5+ years experience working with RESTful APIs, XML schemas, scripting languages, writing SQL queries, SAML/SSO, and UNIX shell scripting
  • Ability to train & advise customers’ managers, architects & developers in the best ways to use our technology
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical or analytical field
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up, self-motivate, and own projects end-to-end
