Job Summary
A optometry products company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Solutions Advocate in Draper.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to meet our customer’s needs via email and inbound/outbound calls
- Resolve issues with deleted or stuck orders
- Notify customers of upcoming expiring prescriptions
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Great typing/computer skills (at least 35 words per minute)
- Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
- Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
