Job Summary

A security services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Solutions Center Technical Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering technical service, contractual, alarm, and data entry inquiries
  • Assisting customers with new products, billing issues, contracts, etc
  • Troubleshooting customers' alarm systems establishing and resolving the root cause of the issue

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-3 years customer-facing experience required
  • 1-2 years industry experience strongly desired
  • High level of customer focus and relationship building
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to pass certification for CSC Customer Service Representative upon completion of training
  • Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
