Job Summary
A security services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Solutions Center Technical Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering technical service, contractual, alarm, and data entry inquiries
- Assisting customers with new products, billing issues, contracts, etc
- Troubleshooting customers' alarm systems establishing and resolving the root cause of the issue
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 years customer-facing experience required
- 1-2 years industry experience strongly desired
- High level of customer focus and relationship building
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to pass certification for CSC Customer Service Representative upon completion of training
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
