Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Solutions Enablement Senior Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build trust and credibility with Technical Support Leadership, Solutions Leadership and Enablement to deliver high quality, impactful experiences that drive engagement, learning, and partnership.
- Track success metrics for every project to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs
- Work closely and effectively with project, program and team managers, directors, co-workers, and stakeholders, and builds strong alliances with them by deploying strong team-working, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments, or leading/partnering with teams who do so
- Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into the curriculum with a strong sense of how professionals think, operate and absorb training
- Highly motivated and comfortable running multiple concurrent high-paced projects in a largely autonomous manner
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
