Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Customer Solutions Group Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule Field Technicians for required chart review scanning
  • Respond to questions or concerns from provider offices

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of Call Center Experience, outbound call and/or sales call experience
  • Intermediate computer skills including Windows based applications
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
