Remote Customer Solutions Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector to assist customers with their auto loan accounts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to assist customers with payment issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account discrepancies
• Document all interactions and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
