Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Solutions Representative will assist customers with inquiries related to wireless and telecom services, resolving issues and delivering solutions while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, addressing questions about service plans, upgrades, and billing
- Take ownership of issue resolution and perform troubleshooting for mobile devices and networking problems
- Act as a customer advocate, effectively de-escalating challenging situations and identifying sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Familiarity with telecom products and mobile operating systems
- Ability to maintain flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends
