Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Solutions Representative will assist customers with inquiries related to wireless and telecom services, resolving issues and delivering solutions while working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, addressing questions about service plans, upgrades, and billing
  • Take ownership of issue resolution and perform troubleshooting for mobile devices and networking problems
  • Act as a customer advocate, effectively de-escalating challenging situations and identifying sales opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Familiarity with telecom products and mobile operating systems
  • Ability to maintain flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends
