Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize critical thinking and multiple software tools to assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure accurate order information while fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions within the business model
  • Ensure customers have up-to-date information regarding their orders and manage escalated situations tactfully
  • Collaborate with various departments to support customer needs and maintain a positive professional attitude
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and maintain consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
  • Availability to work a training schedule from 9 AM - 5:30 PM ET for 60 days and a post-training schedule from 9:30 AM - 6 PM ET
  • Legal residency in one of the specified states
  • No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
