Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize critical thinking and multiple software tools to assist customers with their accounts, solve problems, and communicate effective solutions while maintaining a positive team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions while ensuring up-to-date information about order statuses
  • Partner with various departments to support customer needs and approach escalated situations with care and tact
  • Provide friendly and efficient solutions through phone, live chat, and email to enhance customer experience and loyalty
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
  • Legal residency in one of the specified states
  • No degree required, but relevant skills and experience are valued
