Working remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will assist customers by analyzing situations, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring they have up-to-date information about their orders while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions using best practices
  • Ensure customers receive complete and accurate information regarding their orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and maintain relationships during escalated situations
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
  • Legal residency in specified states
  • No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
