Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will assist customers by analyzing situations, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring they have up-to-date information about their orders while collaborating with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions using best practices
- Ensure customers receive complete and accurate information regarding their orders
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and maintain relationships during escalated situations
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Legal residency in specified states
- No degree required; relevant skills and experience are valued
