Job Summary
A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Specialist in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
- Serving as the liaison to a complex customer base to manage first level response & resolution of escalated issues with customers
- Identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Familiarity Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to be able to create, modify and send documents
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas that provides information privacy
