Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Strategy and Insights Associate Managing Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Growing and enhancing existing contracts by building on the current value proposition
- Managing and delivering client solutions based on actionable customer insights
- Identifying client pain points, needs and problems from which to offer insights, strategy, and analytical solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in strategically directing key accounts, relationships, and/or initiatives
- Experience in deriving commercial value from key accounts, relationships, and/or initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of understanding and interpreting analytical data output in excel format
- Proven experience in building and managing client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Strong project management skills ensuring timely delivery and communicated milestones
- Knowledge of the retail sector and/or use of customer insights in this area
