Job Summary
An on-demand omnichannel fulfillment network has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with both internal teams and warehouse partners to problem solve
- Responsible for meeting retention and upsell targets as well as other KPI’s provided
- Conducting regular business reviews with assigned accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven success as an Account Manager
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
