Job Summary

An on-demand omnichannel fulfillment network has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with both internal teams and warehouse partners to problem solve
  • Responsible for meeting retention and upsell targets as well as other KPI’s provided
  • Conducting regular business reviews with assigned accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven success as an Account Manager
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
