Job Summary

A software developing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers receive maximum business value from software products
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross selling
  • Develop and expand customer relationships in an effort to improve customer experience

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years account management, customer success, or sales experience
  • Must have owned and been responsible for a number in previous role(s)
  • Ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRMs, Google Suite, Zoom and other online tools
  • Self-starter/Bias for action
