Job Summary
A software developing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive maximum business value from software products
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross selling
- Develop and expand customer relationships in an effort to improve customer experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years account management, customer success, or sales experience
- Must have owned and been responsible for a number in previous role(s)
- Ability to prioritize and complete many tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRMs, Google Suite, Zoom and other online tools
- Self-starter/Bias for action
