A B2B SaaS company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting with customers and partners to enhance relationships
- Driving customer adoption and finding opportunities to expand
- Educating channel partners on benefits and how to successfully pitch them
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience working at or selling to commercial insurance brokers
- 3+ years of experience on a SaaS CS team with a focus on renewals
- Strong ability to quickly build rapport and maintain sales relationships
- Proven history of sales success
- Consistently provide regular follow up
- Highly organized and detail oriented
