Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive customer success plan
  • Hold internal stakeholders accountable to hit account KPI’s
  • articipate in product training and education and communicate changes to customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience client facing and/or account management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment a must, specifically in the RCM space
  • Experience in building and scaling new processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
