Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive customer success plan
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable to hit account KPI’s
- articipate in product training and education and communicate changes to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience client facing and/or account management experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment a must, specifically in the RCM space
- Experience in building and scaling new processes
- Ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
