Job Summary

An educational technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining annual recurring revenue of 90%+ for client base
  • Providing best practice recommendations
  • Reviewing portfolio, identifying areas of greatest need, and executing a tailored plan

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel 10-15% to client locations or offices
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a technology-focused position
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large/high value accounts
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective at creating, gathering, and analyzing reports and data
