Job Summary
An an information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Work with a senior member of our customer success team to help our clients achieve their policy goals
- Talk with our clients, learn their unique challenges, and propose solutions
- Prepare custom Excel reports using government data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of U.S. government demonstrated through internships, work, or volunteer experience
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, equivalent functions)
- If working from outside the D.C. area, ability to work during U.S. East Coast business hours
