Job Summary

A research technology platform is in need of a Remote Customer Success Analyst in New Orleans.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support partners or customers in achieving their goals
  • Manage campaigns for customers to support optimal usage of our products
  • Execute customer success plans to optimize customers’ use of the our products

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS degree, Business/Economics/Statistics
  • 1-3 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Experience with internal and external relationship management, customer presentations, and quantitative data analysis
  • High proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
  • Disciplined work ethic
