Job Summary
A research technology platform is in need of a Remote Customer Success Analyst in New Orleans.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support partners or customers in achieving their goals
- Manage campaigns for customers to support optimal usage of our products
- Execute customer success plans to optimize customers’ use of the our products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree, Business/Economics/Statistics
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Experience with internal and external relationship management, customer presentations, and quantitative data analysis
- High proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
- Disciplined work ethic
