Job Summary

A health diagnostics company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success and Client Partnerships Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining expert knowledge of our features and actively participate in new feature training
• Evaluating and escalating bugs to development as they come to your attention inside the product
• Fulfilling data asks and additional reporting information at discretion

Required Skills:

• You love the feeling of being able to make a customer's day
• You have outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and are highly organized
• You’re a natural teacher
• You’re comfortable with Excel and have a strong familiarity with computer programming
• You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years in a customer-facing role
