Job Summary

A banking technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success and Growth Head .

Must be able to:

  • Own the vision and strategy of a robust end-to-end customer success framework
  • Create and implement a customer success engagement model
  • Establish a rigorous measurement system that clearly defines success and puts in place key operational KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in financial services, business operations in a SaaS company
  • Expertise in financial services products, solutions, processes, compliance
  • Built a customer facing, revenue generating program from the ground up
  • Background using data and analytics in decision making
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Passion for data, analytics, and process: ability and desire to dive into data to understand metrics
