Job Summary
A creative services platform has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Associate.
Must be able to:
- Write emails, takes chats to make everything run smoothly and occasionally makes phone calls
- Communicate with users that need support; our main tool is Zendesk
- Keep an eye on everyday projects that need attention
Position Requirements Include:
- Speak and write in English fluently
- Must have a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle several conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with web technology
- Creativity to respond in unique ways to unexpected situations
