Job Summary

A creative services platform has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Write emails, takes chats to make everything run smoothly and occasionally makes phone calls
  • Communicate with users that need support; our main tool is Zendesk
  • Keep an eye on everyday projects that need attention

Position Requirements Include:

  • Speak and write in English fluently
  • Must have a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle several conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with web technology
  • Creativity to respond in unique ways to unexpected situations
