Job Summary

A property rental data provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Becoming an expert on the day-to-day operational tasks
• Responding to email and phone calls from our customers
• Troubleshooting issues and problems that customers and/or other team members are having

Qualifications Include:

• Hands on experience with software-as-a-service and web technologies
• 1 year experience in client-facing role(s), preferably in a B2B environment
• Fast learner with an insatiable desire to expand their knowledge and skills
