Job Summary
A privately held technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in customer success activities
- Proactively supporting customer lifecycle by understanding customer journey and strategy, and responding to listening points
- Managing client health metrics with technology(Salesforce, Pendo or Internal dashboards)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Be comfortable leading meetings and presenting in front of groups of colleagues, partners or customers
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong intellectual capacity coupled with constant curiosity
- Be a team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills
