Job Summary

A privately held technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging in customer success activities
  • Proactively supporting customer lifecycle by understanding customer journey and strategy, and responding to listening points
  • Managing client health metrics with technology(Salesforce, Pendo or Internal dashboards)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Be comfortable leading meetings and presenting in front of groups of colleagues, partners or customers
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a strong intellectual capacity coupled with constant curiosity
  • Be a team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills
  • Exhibit extreme energy, be highly self-motivated and be passionate about success
