Job Summary
An information technology company. is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Associate Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Provide customer support around successful software uses, analytic cycles, and Eureka best practices
- Answer customer inquiries on effective software usage
- Document questions and outcomes that will be added to FAQs and training materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to do occasional travel
- Bachelors or Associate degree (statistics, economics, business management or related field)
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PP, Outlook), Tableau skills preferred
- Strong math and analytical skills
