Job Summary
A provider of an online insurance comparison marketplace is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the last point of contact for customers who have started an insurance policy with our company
- Answering inbound calls from Licensed Insurance Advisors to assist them with finishing up any work that needs to be done
- Tracking customer requests and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred (phone experience a plus)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and use multiple systems at once
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding phone skills
- Flexibility with day to day operations
