Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Associate in Knoxville.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound Customer Service calls and perform troubleshooting steps for common issues
- Open/Close/Resolve support tickets in our Support Desk CRM
- Collaborate on and complete Customer Success team projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 to 2+ years customer service experience in a food service environment
- Positive, upbeat and clear communicator
- Exceptionally strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Google Suite Products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
