Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Associate in Knoxville.

Must be able to:

  • Answer inbound Customer Service calls and perform troubleshooting steps for common issues
  • Open/Close/Resolve support tickets in our Support Desk CRM
  • Collaborate on and complete Customer Success team projects

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 to 2+ years customer service experience in a food service environment
  • Positive, upbeat and clear communicator
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Google Suite Products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
