Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Billing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing customer accounts, generating invoices, collecting payments, and updating accounts to reflect changes
- Answering customer questions about billing and account status
- Accurately identifying and resolving any billing and account errors or issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated passion for helping company's users
- Demonstrated strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others
- Experience with customer service and communicating billing issues with customers and other internal department
- Understanding the sensitivity of working with confidential, billing, and accounting information
- Proven superb organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to review incoming Purchase Orders for accuracy and adherence to sales and finance guidelines
