Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Billing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing customer accounts, generating invoices, collecting payments, and updating accounts to reflect changes
  • Answering customer questions about billing and account status
  • Accurately identifying and resolving any billing and account errors or issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated passion for helping company's users
  • Demonstrated strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others
  • Experience with customer service and communicating billing issues with customers and other internal department
  • Understanding the sensitivity of working with confidential, billing, and accounting information
  • Proven superb organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to review incoming Purchase Orders for accuracy and adherence to sales and finance guidelines
