Job Summary
A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs, business risks and technical challenges that can impact implementation
- Conduct business research, interviews and workshops to drive requirements discovery
- Document and maintain detailed software requirements and technical specifications
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, any discipline, with relevant experience
- Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience as a business analyst in software development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, attentive to detail, purposeful
- Comfortable advocating for what you need to do your best work
