Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Business Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading engagement with field sales teams and customers to drive new opportunities
  • Positioning and scoping project engagements based on customer requirements
  • Generating metrics to track and drive the progress of key sales initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 40% of your time
  • BA/BS in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
  • 15+ years in Data Center and Applications space
  • 10+ years in Services Sales and Business Development
  • Success positioning and selling solutions in Cloud, Big Data, and DevOps space
  • Familiarity with Big Data and supporting Ecosystem of software (Hadoop, Cloudera)
