Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Business Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop deep understanding of the metrics that drive Customer Success
- Ensure data quality across various systems of record
- Prioritize and project manage high impact projects across Customer Success
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5+ years experience using analytical frameworks, data, and tools
- Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional leaders
- Strong knowledge of data and data manipulation in typical SaaS products
- Prior experience doing market comparisons on customer success metrics
