A provider of technology solutions is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Coach in Raleigh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Building relationships with customers
• Helping customers scale their business with company technology
• Helping to define and drive internal process related to customer success

Position Requirements Include:

• Previous experience in customer success, customer service, account management, or service industry experience
• Strong attention to detail
