Job Summary
A software and services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing a dynamic, engaging, personalized digital on-line Community
- Building an Advocate program to engage “power users”, partners and others
- Designing multi-customer engagement programs including webinars
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years developing/growing online communities or an equivalent customer-facing role
- Understanding of community management and engagement best practices
- Experience with online communities as a user, moderator or community manager
- Experience using data in decision making; demonstrated understanding of tracking and metrics
- Strong program and project management skills
- Ability to write short form copy that entices engagement
