Job Summary

A software and services company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing a dynamic, engaging, personalized digital on-line Community
  • Building an Advocate program to engage “power users”, partners and others
  • Designing multi-customer engagement programs including webinars

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5-7 years developing/growing online communities or an equivalent customer-facing role
  • Understanding of community management and engagement best practices
  • Experience with online communities as a user, moderator or community manager
  • Experience using data in decision making; demonstrated understanding of tracking and metrics
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Ability to write short form copy that entices engagement
