Job Summary
A salesforce consulting and development agency is seeking a Remote Customer Success Consultant Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support new customer onboarding, knowledge transfer and setup of operations
- Create and document change and enhancement requirements
- Handle the preparation and distribution of reporting on SLAs in line with our commitments to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce administration, development, or configuration
- Capacity to orchestrate and drive impact in processes throughout the Managed Services organization
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com
