Job Summary

An industry organization has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing company-wide communication of sponsor deliverables post-close
  • Reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Creating compelling sales tools including monthly emails, decks, and proposals as required

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have a demonstrated ability to understand the language of business
  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Stellar Project Management skills
  • Able to plan a successful game plan with realistic deadlines and can spot typos two seconds
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
