Job Summary
An industry organization has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing company-wide communication of sponsor deliverables post-close
- Reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Creating compelling sales tools including monthly emails, decks, and proposals as required
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a demonstrated ability to understand the language of business
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Stellar Project Management skills
- Able to plan a successful game plan with realistic deadlines and can spot typos two seconds
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
