Job Summary
A political party is in need of a Remote Customer Success Data Community Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering questions from users
- Being a partner to our community of users
- Rolling out new features and datasets for our data warehouse
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience as a community or customer support or customer service team member
- Experience in problem solving or troubleshooting roles
- Experience in high pressure environments
- Experience building trusting relationships with customers or users
- Experience working with data to understand trends or build reports
