Job Summary

A portfolio management company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and retaining a high performing collaborative team
  • Developing and assigning data driven retention and upsell targets
  • Maintaining customer account activity history and other health indicators

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25%
  • Presents at notable industry conferences
  • 12 years relevant experience of enterprise account management
  • Experienced in data driven approach to retention risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Successful track record of managing a team and a $100M ARR portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
