Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, leading and retaining customer success talent
- Driving development, implementation, and CSM enablement of playbooks and lifecycles
- Co-owning the upsell and renewals of current customers with the Sales Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years' experience in either strategic consulting or Customer Success for an enterprise SaaS company
- Track record of success in epigrammatizing Customer Success delivery
- 2+ years' experience directly leading the day-to-day direction of a team
- Experience navigating complex Enterprise organizations to accelerate product adoption
- Experience developing long-term close relationships with executives, operational managers and engineers
- Track record of achieving results through inspiring the team and creating high-levels of accountability
