Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Hiring, leading and retaining customer success talent
  • Driving development, implementation, and CSM enablement of playbooks and lifecycles
  • Co-owning the upsell and renewals of current customers with the Sales Team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years' experience in either strategic consulting or Customer Success for an enterprise SaaS company
  • Track record of success in epigrammatizing Customer Success delivery
  • 2+ years' experience directly leading the day-to-day direction of a team
  • Experience navigating complex Enterprise organizations to accelerate product adoption
  • Experience developing long-term close relationships with executives, operational managers and engineers
  • Track record of achieving results through inspiring the team and creating high-levels of accountability
