Job Summary

An Internet of Things technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

  • Spearhead company's Customer Success efforts and growth strategies
  • Strategize, implement, and manage the Customer Success Department
  • Develop and maintain Customer Management Service (CMS) processes and systems

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success efforts, software customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling dynamic teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of and experience with formulating customer satisfaction, upsell, retention, and user adoption strategies
  • Proven success building and improving customer success processes and overall departmental performance
