Job Summary

A data management platform has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams responsible for ensuring every customer is successful
  • Build the teams out
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in an enterprise customer success or support organization
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience building teams from the ground up - recruiting, hiring, scaling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
