Job Summary
A data management platform has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the teams responsible for ensuring every customer is successful
- Build the teams out
- Develop and implement processes to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in an enterprise customer success or support organization
- Strong people management skills
- Experience building teams from the ground up - recruiting, hiring, scaling
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
